Once your parcel has been posted, the following can be used as a general guide to how long delivery may take.

PO Box (not accepted)
A physical address (PO Box not accepted) is required for delivery. If you fail to provide correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until our customer service team receives the correct information.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
If there is an address discrepancy between your order and the product returned to us, a member of the Customer Care team will be in touch. A re-delivery charge will apply for any products that are returned to us.
Delivery attempt failed
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by USA Post, a notice will be left in the mailbox asking you to pick up your parcel at your local post office. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, advance arrangements will be made to ensure your item arrives at your doorstep at your convenience. If you are not home at the appointed time, a re-delivery charge will apply.
Rejected by the recipient.
If your item is a gift, please make sure the recipient knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. If the parcel has to be re-shipped, there will be a re-delivery cost.
